Where our products come from

We purchase our products through authorized distributors. We do not buy from auction sites, online marketplaces or unverified third-party sellers.

Original manufacturer packaging

Products are shipped in the manufacturer's original sealed packaging. We do not repackage, relabel or alter any product. The label, lot number and supplement facts you see on the bottle are the manufacturer's own.

Expiration dates

The expiration or best-by date is printed on each product by the manufacturer. Please check this date, along with the seal, when your order arrives.

If something is not right

If a product arrives with a broken or missing seal, damaged packaging, or an expiration date that has already passed, do not use it. Contact us within 30 days of delivery, with a photo if possible, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
